3、加强用电负荷的测量在用电负荷高峰期，应加强对每台配电变压器负荷的测量，必要时增加测量次数，对三相电流不平衡的配电变压器应及时调整，防止中性线电流过大容易烧断引线造成用户设备烧坏。

4、避免在配电变压器上安装低压计量箱应逐渐撤除偏远山区配电变压器台区上安装的低压计量箱，尽可能改为室内安装，如前几年我局消灭无电乡时，为便于管理防止电量损失，对边远山区都安装了低压计量箱，由于长时间运行，计量箱玻璃损坏或配电变压器低压桩头损坏不能及时进行更换，致使因雨水等原因烧坏电能表引起配电变压器受损。

5、合理配置配电变压器高低压熔断器熔体配电变压器高低压熔断器熔体配置不合理，容易造成配电变压器严重过载而烧坏配电变压器。高低压熔体配置应遵循：①容量在100kV˙A以下的变压器配置2.0～3.0倍额定电流的熔丝体；②容量在100kV˙A以上的变压器配置1.5～2.0倍额定电流的熔体；③低压侧熔丝应按额定电流稍大一点配置。

6、不宜私自调节分接开关由于冬夏两季用电负荷的差异，电压高低略有差异，为达到电压的需求，有些农村电工随意调节分接开关而不进行相关测试，造成分接开关不到位，引起相间短路而烧坏配电变压器。

8、配电变压器高低压侧均应加装避雷器对多雷区配电变压器高低均应加装避雷器，避雷器质量不合格或故障时没有及时更换，易遭雷电袭击烧坏变压器。每年雷雨季节，应把避雷器送往修试部门试验合格后及时安装，禁止使用不合格的产品。
