瓷绝缘子的试验方法通常不适用于高压绝缘子

高压绝缘子由一根承担机械负荷的绝缘芯棒和外覆的聚合物伞套构成,机械负荷通过金属附件传递到芯棒上。尽管有这些共同特点,不同制造厂使用的材料和采用结构的细节仍存在很大的不同。一部分试验归在一起作为“设计试验”,这种试验对设计条件相同的绝缘子仅需进行一次。实际上,时间对绝缘子部件(芯棒材料、伞套、界面等)和高压绝缘子整体的电气和机械性能的影响已考虑在所规定的设计试验中,以保证输电线路在常规负荷条件下有较理想的使用寿命。
The high-voltage insulator is composed of an insulating mandrel bearing mechanical load and a polymer umbrella cover. The mechanical load is transmitted to the mandrel through metal accessories. Despite these common features, the details of materials and structures used by different manufacturers are still quite different. Part of the tests are grouped together as "design tests", which only need to be carried out once for insulators with the same design conditions. In fact, the influence of time on the electrical and mechanical properties of insulator components (core material, umbrella cover, interface, etc.) and the whole high-voltage insulator has been considered in the specified design test to ensure that the transmission line has an ideal service life under normal load conditions.
污秽试验没有包括在本标准中,因为瓷绝缘子的试验方法通常不适用于高压绝缘子。在高压绝缘子的使用寿命内,即使污秽条件下它的电气强度会降低,但如串长合适,其耐受电压和闪络电压在大多数情况下仍足以满足运行使用的要求。高压绝缘子表面老化对污秽放电的影响,已经包括在一种长时间试验(起痕和蚀损试验)中。
Pollution test is not included in this standard, because the test method of porcelain insulator is generally not applicable to high-voltage insulator. In the service life of high-voltage insulator, even if its electrical strength will be reduced under the condition of pollution, but if the string length is appropriate, its withstand voltage and flashover voltage are still sufficient to meet the requirements of operation and use in most cases. The influence of high voltage insulator surface aging on pollution discharge has been included in a long-term test (scratch and erosion test).
