垫块堵住气道口对温升的影响分析

温度是绝缘材料老化的关键影响因素之一,绝缘材料的温度和产品的温升密切相关,在产品电阻损耗(I2R)不变的情况下,上垫块堵住气道口将恶化局部区域的散热条件,从而对产品温升造成不利影响。
Temperature is one of the key factors affecting the aging of insulating materials. The temperature of insulating materials is closely related to the temperature rise of products. When the resistance loss (I2R) of products remains unchanged, blocking the air passage will deteriorate the local heat dissipation conditions, which will have adverse effects on the temperature rise of products.
(1)对散热条件的影响。上垫块堵住气道口,使该细分气道的空气不参与对流,笔者把它称作“蓄热现象”。传统温升计算模型,都假设气道内空气对流带走热量,气道的功能是有效的,没有涉及“蓄热现象”,与此相关的研究几乎没有公开报导。
(1) The influence on the heat dissipation condition. The upper cushion block blocks the inlet so that the air in the subdivision does not participate in convection. The author calls it the "heat storage phenomenon". Traditional temperature rise calculation models assume that the convection of air in the airway takes away heat, and the function of the airway is effective. There is no "heat storage phenomenon" involved, and the related research has hardly been reported publicly.
(2)对绕组温升的影响。对铁心串联电抗器CKSC-300/10-5,其绕组有个细分气道情况下,绕组温升达到 50.1K,而正常的A相平均温升是47.9K,温升差异达到2.2K,十分显著。 绝缘垫块堵塞绕组散热气道时受影响面积虽不大,但会引起绕组温升偏高,这种影响不可忽视。
(2) The influence on winding temperature rise. For the core series reactor CKSC-300/10-5, the winding temperature rise reaches 50.1K when the winding has a subdivision airway, while the normal average temperature rise of phase A is 47.9K, and the difference of temperature rise reaches 2.2K, which is very significant. Although the affected area of insulation pad blocking the winding heat sink is not large, it will cause winding temperature rise on the high side, which can not be ignored.
(3)对气道口温升的影响。气道口温升差异反映了局部区域的对流散热效果差异。气道口堵住和不堵两种条件下,温升稳定后气道口处温度相差9.2K。分析温升试验过程数据可以看出,二者差异上升较快,大约经过2h,已达到9.0K 以上,说明气道的实际通风条件对气道口温升的影响十分显著。

(3) The effect on the temperature rise of the airway orifice. The difference of inlet temperature rise reflects the difference of convective heat dissipation effect in local area. Under the conditions of www.yanglaoyuant.com.cnwww.diandongment.com.cnwww.taiyuanbanjia.com.cnwww.gonglujiemuju.cn

www.turangxiufuu.cnwww.yanglaoyuand.cnblocked and non-blocked inlet, the temperature difference at the inlet is 9.2K when the temperature rises steadily. Analyzing the data of temperature rise test process, we can see that the difference between them rises rapidly, after about 2 hours, it has reached over 9.0K, which shows that the actual ventilation conditions of the airway have a significant impact on the temperature rise of the inlet.
