1.环境要求

1. Environmental requirements

温度：存放温度适宜16～29℃；长期保存不会变形。

Temperature: storage temperature for 16 ~ 29 ℃; Long-term preservation will not deformation.

相对湿度：≤65%RH（RH-相对湿度的英文）；绝缘件造型、形状的定型。

Relative humidity: 65% RH or less (RH - relative humidity in English); Insulation modelling, shape, finalize the design.

通风：一般性无风自然循环环境；以免引起落尘及变形。

Ventilation: general calm natural circulation environment; Lest cause dust fall and deformation.

照射：防止阳光直射，绝缘加工车间窗户抬高；避免老化和变形。

Light: avoid direct sunlight, insulation processing shop Windows up; Avoid aging and deformation.

降尘量：控制；绝缘件存放室防尘控制，及绝缘件防尘覆盖。

Heavy: control; Insulation parts storage room dust control, and insulation dustproof cover.

作业用水：绝缘件弯制作业需要用水时；仅允许用纯净水、蒸馏水，不得使用矿物质水及自来水等。

Homework: water insulation parts bending manufacturing need water; Only allow use pure water, distilled water, mineral water and tap water should not be used.

2.存放要求

2. The storage requirements

绝缘件不允许直接落地，应下垫上盖。

Insulation parts are not allowed to fall to the ground directly, the pad should be under cover.

板材应平放，不可竖置放；码垛层数要适当，以免下部材料过压变形或损坏。

Plate should be flat, not vertical placement; Pallet layer should be appropriate, in order to avoid the lower overvoltage material deformation or damage.

绝缘圈、筒要放稳，保持端面接触无悬空。

Should put insulating ring, cylinder, keep face contact no dangling.

角环等成型绝缘件应依造型自然摆放，不可码垛，以免局部受力损伤、变形。
