变压器垫块的背景技术

现有技术中,干式变压器的线圈的上垫块和下垫块一般由环氧树脂浇注成形,起到支撑线圈、固定绝缘筒和增加爬电距离等作用。在安装使用过程中,一般是将对应的垫块直接放置到夹件或线圈上,每个绝缘垫块均是独立使用安装,沿线圈的环向方向间隔布置在对应的安装位置。而在实际的安装过程中,由于垫块的独立安装使用,不可避免的会出现垫块过高、与垫块的下端与夹件或线圈的接触面积较小,这就会导致垫块安装时容易倾倒、不稳定的情况,在变压器通电的使用过程中,产生的震动又容易使单独放置的垫块松动、甚至导致脱落的问题,这样会长期使用会缩短干式变压器的使用寿命,影响用户用电质量,甚至发生安全事故。

In the process of installation and use, the corresponding pads are usually placed directly on the clamps or coils. Each insulating pad is installed independently and arranged at the corresponding installation position along the loop direction of the coil. In the actual installation process, due to the independent installation and use of the pad, it is inevitable that the pad is too high, and the contact area with the lower end of the pad and the clamp or coil is small, which will lead to the easy dumping and instability of the pad installation. In the process of power-on of transformer, the vibration is easy to produce. The problem of loosening or even falling off of the cushion blocks placed separately will shorten the service life of dry-type transformers, affect the quality of power consumption of users, and even cause safety accidents if they are used for a long time.
