| 环氧树脂材料内聚力大，黏附力强，柔顺性好，具有优良的热固化性能和稳定的耐化学腐蚀性等一系列在有机绝缘材料中突出的优点，可通过环氧树脂浇注体系如自动环氧压力凝胶制造工艺(APG工艺)，真空浇注制成各种固体材料。所制成的环氧树脂绝缘件由于机械强度高，耐电弧性强，致密性高，表面光洁，具有较好的耐寒性和具有良好的耐热性，良好的电气绝缘性能等优点，在电力行业应用很广，主要起到支撑和绝缘作用。对于3.6～40.5 kV环氧树脂绝缘件的物理、力学、电气和热性能如下表所示。 Epoxy resin has many advantages, such as high cohesion, strong adhesion, good flexibility, excellent thermal curing properties and stable chemical resistance. The physical, mechanical, electrical and thermal properties of 3.6 to 40.5 kV epoxy insulation are shown in the following table. 环氧树脂与添加物同时使用，以获得应用价值。添加物可按不同用途加以选择，常用添加物有以下几类：①固化剂。②改性剂。③填料。④稀释剂。⑤其他。其中固化剂是必不可少的添加物，无论是作黏接剂、涂料和浇注料都需添加固化剂，否则环氧树脂不能固化。由于用途、性能和要求各不相同，对环氧树脂及固化剂、改性剂、填料及稀释剂等添加物也有不同的要求。 Epoxy resin and additives are used simultaneously to obtain application value. Curing agent is an indispensable additive. It is necessary to add curing agent to binder, coating and castable, otherwise epoxy resin can not be cured. Due to different uses, properties and requirements, there are different requirements for epoxy resin and curing agent, modifier, filler and diluent additives. |
