绝缘件存放、加工的基本要求

1.环境要求
1. environmental requirements
温度：存放温度适宜16～29℃；长期保存不会变形。
Temperature: storage temperature is 16~29 degrees centigrade; long term storage will not be deformed.
相对湿度：≤65%RH（RH-相对湿度的英文）；绝缘件造型、形状的定型。
Relative humidity: less than 65%RH (RH- relative humidity); insulation shape and shape.
通风：一般性无风自然循环环境；以免引起落尘及变形。
Ventilation: general natural environment without wind, so as to avoid falling dust and deformation.
照射：防止阳光直射，绝缘加工车间窗户抬高；避免老化和变形。
Radiation: prevent direct sunlight, insulation workshop windows elevation, avoid aging and deformation.
降尘量：控制；绝缘件存放室防尘控制，及绝缘件防尘覆盖。
Dustfall quantity: control; dust control of insulation parts storage room, and dust proof covering of insulation parts.
作业用水：绝缘件弯制作业需要用水时；仅允许用纯净水、蒸馏水，不得使用矿物质水及自来水等。
Working water: When water is needed in the bending of insulators, only pure water and distilled water are allowed, and mineral water and tap water are not allowed to be used.
2.存放要求

绝缘件不允许直接落地，应下垫上盖。
Insulating parts are not allowed to be directly landed, and the upper cover should be covered.
板材应平放，不可竖置放；码垛层数要适当，以免下部材料过压变形或损坏。
The sheet should be laid flat, not vertical, and the number of stacking should be appropriate to avoid the deformation or damage of the lower material under overpressure.
绝缘圈、筒要放稳，保持端面接触无悬空。
The insulating ring and the cylinder must be stabilized to keep the end contact free.
角环等成型绝缘件应依造型自然摆放，不可码垛，以免局部受力损伤、变形。
Corner rings and other molding insulators should be placed naturally according to the shape, not stacking, in order to avoid local stress damage, deformation.
3.加工要求
3. processing requirements
配变绝缘件棱边可不做倒圆要求。
The edge of insulation parts can not be reversed.
垫块成型绝缘件表面、加工面不应有加工碳化痕迹，这类材料往往用在端部的复杂电场下，加工碳化痕迹会影响沿面爬电性能。
There should be no carbide marks on the surface and working surface of insulating parts formed by gaskets. Such materials are often used in the complex electric field at the end. The carbide marks will affect the creep performance along the surface.
绝缘件表面应光滑无加工锯齿状痕迹，粗糙会引起尺寸偏差不稳。
The surface of insulators should be smooth, machined and serrated. Rough will cause dimensional instability.
