绝缘接头构造和原理
Structure and principle of insulated joint
整体式绝缘接头由下面各零件组成:上、下管、套筒、绝缘件、密封件、绝缘涂层。在绝缘接头的上、下管对接端面间,夹有绝缘件和密封件,形成具有绝缘性能的双密封结构。套筒采用坡口焊接或与上导管直接焊接两种形式,将绝缘件和上、下管牢固封裹在里 面,形成“密封容器”,从而既保证了良好的绝缘效果,又大大提高了绝缘结构的承压能力。
The integral insulation joint consists of the following parts: upper and lower pipes, sleeves, insulation parts, seals and insulating coatings. An insulating part and a sealing element are sandwiched between the upper and lower butt ends of the insulated joints to form a double sealing structure with insulation performance. The sleeve is welded in two forms by the groove welding or the direct welding of the upper pipe. The insulation parts and the upper and lower pipes are tightly wrapped in the inside to form a "sealed container", which not only ensures good insulation effect, but also greatly improves the pressure bearing capacity of the insulation structure.
