变压器故障原因分析
Analysis of the cause of transformer fault
多种因素都可能影响到变压器绝缘材料的预期寿命,这些因素包括:误用、振动,过高的操作温度、雷电或涌流、过负荷、对设备的维护不够、清洁不良、对闲置设备的维护不够、不恰当的润滑以及误操作等。
The life expectancy of a variety of factors may affect the transformer insulation materials, these factors include: misuse, vibration, high temperature, lightning or inrush current, overload, the maintenance of the equipment is not enough, bad cleaning and maintenance for the idle equipment is not enough, improper lubrication and misoperation etc..
1、线路涌流。线路涌流(或称线路干扰)在导致变压器故障的所有因素中被列为首位。这一类中包括合闸过电压、电压峰值、线路故障闪络以及其他输配电方面的异常现象。这类起因在变压器故障中占有显着比例。
1. Line inrush. Line inrush (or line interference) is listed as the first of all the factors that cause the transformer fault. This category includes switching over voltage, peak voltage, line fault flashover and other abnormal transmission and distribution. This kind of cause occupies a significant proportion in the transformer fault.
2、工艺、制造不良。例如出线端松动或无支撑、垫块松动、焊接不良、铁心绝缘不良、抗短路强度不足以及油箱中留有异物。
2. The process and manufacture are bad. For example, loose or unsupported ends, loose padding blocks, bad welding, poor insulation of iron core, insufficient short circuit strength and foreign objects in the tank.
3、绝缘老化。在过去的10年中在造成故障的起因中,绝缘老化列在第二位。由于绝缘老化的因素,变压器的平均寿命仅有17.8年,大大低于预期为35~40年的寿命。
3. Insulation aging. In the past 10 years, there were second insulation ageing in the cause of failure. Due to the factors of insulation aging, the average life span of the transformer is only 17.8 years, which is much lower than the expected life of 35~40 years.
4、过载。这一类包括了确定是由过负荷导致的故障,在持续缓慢提升负荷的情况下,最终造成变压器超负荷运行,过高的温度导致了绝缘的过早老化。当变压器的绝缘纸板老化后,纸强度降低。因此,外部故障的冲击力就可能导致绝缘破损,进而发生故障。
4. Overload. This category includes the fault caused by overload. If the load is slowly increasing, the overload of transformer will eventually result. The excessive temperature will lead to premature aging of insulation. When the insulation board of the transformer is aging, the strength of the paper is reduced. Therefore, the shock force of the external fault may cause the insulation damage and then the failure.
