变压器的垫块是用来支撑变压器高低压线圈的零部件，垫块通常为环氧树脂浇注件，分为上垫块与下垫块。压钉压紧上垫块使变压器在运输与运行过程中线圈不发生上下和前后方位的移动，保证变压器线圈与铁芯及紧固件成为一体。如附图1所示的现有的垫块在变压器上的安装示意图，当压钉3紧压上垫块4时，构成上垫块4与压钉3的点接触， 上垫块4受力容易损坏，为此通常在上垫块4上放置一块一定形状大小的压铁5，压钉3紧压力直接作用在压铁5上，而上垫块4受到的是压铁5作用的面压力，确保上垫块4不受到损坏。但是这样的结构，使得变压器外观性差，重要的是在维修或压钉松动后，压铁就易于掉落。
