保定绝缘件生产加工厂

1.环境要求

1. environmental requirements

温度：存放温度适宜16～29℃；长期保存不会变形。

Temperature: storage temperature suitable for 16~29 degrees; long-term preservation will not be deformed.

相对湿度：≤65%RH（RH-相对湿度的英文）；绝缘件造型、形状的定型。

Relative humidity: less than 65%RH (RH- relative humidity English); setting insulating shapes, shape.

通风：一般性无风自然循环环境；以免引起落尘及变形。

Ventilation: general, calm, natural circulation environment, so as not to cause dust and deformation.

照射：防止阳光直射，绝缘加工车间窗户抬高；避免老化和变形。

Exposure: prevent direct sunlight, window elevation of insulation workshop, avoid aging and deformation.

降尘量：控制；绝缘件存放室防尘控制，及绝缘件防尘覆盖。

Dust control: control of insulation, storage room dust control, and dustproof cover of insulation.

作业用水：绝缘件弯制作业需要用水时；仅允许用纯净水、蒸馏水，不得使用矿物质水及自来水等。

Operating water: insulation bending work needs water; only allowed pure water, distilled water, mineral water and tap water shall not be used.

2.存放要求

绝缘件不允许直接落地，应下垫上盖。

The insulation parts shall not be allowed to fall directly and should be put on the top cover.

板材应平放，不可竖置放；码垛层数要适当，以免下部材料过压变形或损坏。

The plate shall be placed flat and shall not be placed vertically. The number of plies shall be appropriate so as to avoid excessive deformation or damage of the lower material.

绝缘圈、筒要放稳，保持端面接触无悬空。

The insulation ring and the cylinder should be stable and keep the end surface touching without hanging.

角环等成型绝缘件应依造型自然摆放，不可码垛，以免局部受力损伤、变形。

Corner ring and other molded insulation should be placed in accordance with the natural shape, not piled, so as to avoid local stress damage, deformation.

3.加工要求

3. processing requirements

配变绝缘件棱边可不做倒圆要求。

The edge of the distribution insulation can not be reversed.

垫块成型绝缘件表面、加工面不应有加工碳化痕迹，这类材料往往用在端部的复杂电场下，加工碳化痕迹会影响沿面爬电性能。

The insulation surface and the processing surface of the cushion block should not be marked with processing and carbonization. This kind of material is often used in the complicated electric field at the end, and the processing of carbide marks will affect the creepage performance along the surface.

绝缘件表面应光滑无加工锯齿状痕迹，粗糙会引起尺寸偏差不稳。

The surface of insulation should be smooth, without processing, serrated marks, and roughness will cause uneven dimensional deviation.
