环氧树脂绝缘件在电力设备中的应用

环氧树脂材料内聚力大,黏附力强,柔顺性好,具有优良的热固化性能和稳定的耐化学腐蚀性等一系列在有机绝缘材料中突出的优点,可通过环氧树脂浇注体系如自动环氧压力凝胶制造工艺(APG工艺),真空浇注制成各种固体材料。所制成的环氧树脂绝缘件由于机械强度高,耐电弧性强,致密性高,表面光洁,具有较好的耐寒性和具有良好的耐热性,良好的电气绝缘性能等优点,在电力行业应用很广,主要起到支撑和绝缘作用。对于3.6~40.5 kV环氧树脂绝缘件的物理、力学、电气和热性能如下表所示。

Made of epoxy insulation parts due to their high mechanical strength, the electric arc resistance is strong, high density, smooth surface, good cold tolerance and good heat resistance, good electrical insulation performance advantages, such as, it is widely used in electric power industry, the main support and insulating effect. The physical, mechanical, electrical and thermal properties of 3.6 ~ 40.5 kV epoxy insulation are shown below.
