| 随着我国电力工业的快速发展,电力变压器正向高压、超高压、大容量、高可靠性发展,线圈绕组是变压器的关键部件,对变压器的性能具有很重要的作用；油隙垫块分布于线圈绕组匝间,其质量对变压器的场强分布和绝缘性能影响很大,关系到变压器线圈绕组的局部放电、爬电或层间短路,是变压器线圈组装的关键零件。 目前,国内变压器制造企业生产220 kV 以下变压器绕组匝间绝缘垫块通常采用冲裁绝缘纸板条料的加工方式来制作；但冲裁的绝缘垫块切口疏松、粗糙、毛刺多,打磨、清理毛刺很困难,即费工费时又难以适应工艺要求。而且冲裁工艺只能冲制2 mm以下的绝缘垫块,对2 mm以上厚度的纸板条料则无能为力。绕组匝间油隙大多采用1.5 mm和2 mm垫块进行厚度配制,数量众多的垫块因受本身公差、纸板网纹、纸板吸潮和总高测量方式等多方面累积误差的影响,难以有效控制垫块厚度,常常发生绕组恒压干燥后总高超差现象。冲裁油隙垫块因毛刺多等缺陷,易产生局放、爬电和缩短绝缘距离,影响变压器绝缘性能及绝缘安全,随着电力变压器电压等级越来越高,质量要求越来越高 With the rapid development of our country electric power industry, electric power transformer are high pressure, ultra-high voltage, large capacity, high reliability, are key components in transformer coil winding, the performance of the transformer has the very important role; Oil gap block distribution in the coil winding turn-to-turn, its quality had a great influence on field intensity distribution and the insulation performance of transformer, relationship to the partial discharge of the transformer coil winding, creepage or short circuit between the layers, is the key to the transformer coil assembly parts.
